How Pal Forge IT Started
Pal Forge IT Solutions was built out of a direct frustration with how most IT providers operate. After years working in and around technology, the pattern was always the same — businesses would call for help only after something broke, pay emergency rates to get patched back together, and then go right back to running on systems that were one bad day away from the next incident.
The businesses being hurt most were small and mid-sized operations in Denver — companies with real revenue, real employees, and real exposure — who did not have the budget for an enterprise IT department but were being treated as afterthoughts by large MSPs chasing bigger contracts.
Pal Forge IT was built specifically for those businesses. The model is straightforward: deploy the same enterprise-grade tools that large IT departments rely on, manage them proactively so problems get caught before they cause damage, and charge a flat monthly rate so there are no surprises. The business owner gets a real IT partner, not a vendor that shows up when the damage is already done.
Why Denver
Denver's business community is growing fast. New companies are standing up every year, established businesses are scaling, and the demand for reliable IT infrastructure is real. But the options are often limited to either large enterprise firms that treat small businesses as afterthoughts, or small one-person operations that cannot provide consistent coverage.
Pal Forge IT was designed to fill that gap — bringing enterprise-grade tools, processes, and accountability to businesses that have been underserved by both ends of the market.
What We Do Differently
From day one, we built our service delivery around a layered security and monitoring stack that most MSPs our size do not offer. We invested in the right tools — Huntress for managed detection and response, SentinelOne for endpoint protection, Vanta for compliance automation, Druva for backup — so our clients have access to the same technology that large enterprise IT departments rely on.
We also committed to response time standards that we hold ourselves to in writing. A 15-minute guaranteed response is not a marketing claim for us. It is a service level we built our entire operation around.
